Need to Know- Gold Bay Members
Can I just scan in and sit in a seat for Marvel HOME games?
Yes! At Marvel Stadium, for home games, you can just scan your membership and sit in one of the designated Gold Bays.
These bays are: Level 2 aisles 44-46 rows M-U. Members must show their member ticket to enter this area.
Can I just scan in and sit in a seat for MCG HOME games?
If you wish to attend a home game at the MCG, you must head to Ticketek and redeem a $0 ticket into the Gold member bay. This bay is located on Level 2 of the Ponsford Stand.
What is my barcode number?
Your membership barcode is a 12-digit number used for match access, redeeming or upgrading tickets, and for finals access.
You can find your barcode number(s) on the back of your 2026 Member Card. If you do not have your card, you can also find your barcode by logging in here.
What access do I have for Anzac Day this year?
ANZAC Day in 2026 is Essendon's Home Game. This means that our Gold Bay Members MUST upgrade to a seat in the member pre sale to access the game.
If you need your member barcode, you can find it on the back of your 2026 member card, or by contacting the club.
For ANZAC Day, you will be able to purchase guest passes for friends or family to sit with you. Once guest pass limits are set, the Club will email Gold Bay Members their updated information.
On-sale dates at times will be advertised on the club website and communicated to members via email once confirmed.
Can I purchase guest passes for the Gold Bay?
Yes!
If you wish to purchase guest passes for home games at Marvel Stadium, please call the Member Services team on (03) 8340 2000.
For home games at the MCG, you will be required to book these through Ticketek when redeeming your own ticket. To do this, put your barcode into the Ticketek website, select your $0 ticket, and select the number of guest passes you require. You will then be prompted to go through the payment process.
