Key Timelines:

• Immediate: Your exclusive thank you pack will be distributed shortly after purchase.
• Early 2024: Your exclusive memento gift marking your moment in history will be distributed. The seat restoration of the Reynolds Stand will take place and your limited-edition plaque will be installed.
• Mid 2024: Exclusive event for the plaque unveiling will take place.

When the time comes, you will have the option to select your plaque variation which may be one of the below:

• First Name + Surname
• Two First Names + Two Surnames
• Two First Names + Family Surname
• In Loving Memory Of
• Family Surname

Terms and Conditions:

• This is not a reserved seat and you do not receive any entitlements in relation to ownership or use of the seat on which your plaque is installed. Use of the seat will be subject to standard ticketing arrangements for games at Windy Hill.
• Seat placements for your plaque are autogenerated, and you cannot select your seat. Those purchasing multiple plaques will have their plaques placed together.
• Your plaque will be in place for 10 years from time of installation and is not in perpetuity.
• Plaques will be installed following the seat restoration of the Reynolds Stand which will take place in 2024.
• Product is non-refundable.
• This program may be impacted by factors outside of Essendon Football Clubs control and you will be consulted on any changes ahead of time.
• You can choose to pay the entire amount upfront or split this over six (6) monthly payments.
• If payment is made over six (6) monthly payments, the first payment will take place at time of purchase, with the following five (5) payments being made on the 18^th of every month. The final payment will be taken on 18^th March 2024.
• All payments will be charged by direct debit to the credit card provided at the time of purchase. By making your purchase you authorize the Essendon Football Club to process these charges.
• In the event any payment isn’t received by the due date or is dishonoured, the Essendon Football Club reserves the right to cancel at any time your limited -edition seat plaque purchase. In this event, any amounts that have already been paid will not be refunded.
