AFLW FAQs

In 2024, all Adult and Youth AFLW members will receive the following items:

  • Car air freshener

The keyring and bumper sticker are sent directly via mail, while members will be required to collect their seat cushion and car air freshener from any of our AFLW home matches at Windy Hill, or from the Bomber Shop (located at the NEC Hangar).

Our Junior AFLW members will receive the following items in their pack:

  • Backpack
  • Stress football
  • Autograph book

All junior items are delivered in the mail, and do not require physical collection.

This year, all AFLW access members will be able to scan in at the gate using their mobile membership, available on the Official Essendon App. You can find our step by step guide here with all the instructions on how to use the app.

AFLW membership cards are digital in 2024. This means that you will access your ticket through the Official Essendon App.

As a non-access member, you will be required to purchase tickets if you wish to attend an AFLW match. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster. With limited capacity at some venues, including Windy Hill, we recommended purchasing tickets in advance.

If you live far away or can't make it to a game this season, that's ok! Contact the Member Services team at membership@essendonfc.com.au or (03) 8340 2000, and we will organise to deliver your seat cushion and car air freshener personally from the club.

Junior members are those aged between 0-14, and Youths are those aged between 15-17 (as of January 1, 2024).
