Mobile Membership FAQ's

You will now be able to access games through your Mobile Membership on your smartphone, via the Official Essendon App. You can scan into any Essendon game using the phone in your pocket so there is no need to remember to bring your physical membership card to the game.

If you used your mobile membership in 2023, we recommend that you log out and log back in to see your 2024 membership cards.

Absolutely, you have a few options!

You can log in to your Essendon FC account here and sign in using your Membership email and password and click on the events tab. Once you select the game you'd like to attend you can hit the "Print" button in the top right corner to print you ticket and bring it along to the game.

If your member card hasn't arrived and you cannot use the portal to view your tickets, give Member Services a call on 03 8340 2000 to discuss your options and we'll make sure you're in the stands every week cheering on the Red & Black!

All members must have a valid email address linked to their membership to access their Mobile Membership. If you do not have an email address, you can use your barcoded member card to access other games.

You sure can! Assuming your accounts are linked from our end correctly, you should be able to see each members’ ticket under your name in the ‘My Events’ section of your Mobile Membership. If not, please contact Member Services on 03 8340 2000 or via email and we'll set that up for you.

Yes, your mobile membership will show your reserved seats once you select the game you are attending. If your membership also provides you access to certain member rooms, those details will be on there too!

To view your 2025 Membership, you must be logged in with the same email address we have on file. If you aren’t able to log in, please contact Member Services on 03 8340 2000 or update your details here.

No. If you are being prompted to set up a new account it means you are using a different email address to the one we have linked to your membership account. Give Member Services a call on 03 8340 2000 to update or confirm the information, or update your details here.

No you don't, and if you have a different email linked to your Ticketmaster account than the email linked to your Membership this can cause problems with the log in process. Give Member Services a call on 03 8340 2000 if you're not sure.

Under the ‘My Events’ page, once you select the game you wish to attend, you will see all family members tickets there. If you’re unable to see the other tickets, contact Member Services on 03 8340 2000 or update your details here.

No, your barcode will change week to week which is why it’s important to download your unique barcode before each game.
