The Purple Bombers, established in 2014, is the official diversity and inclusion supporter group of the Essendon Football Club. The Purple Bombers work hard to create and establish a strong and diverse coterie group and set the foundations of a strong, safe, and accepting supporter group for all.

- Midsumma Pride March
- Stall at Midsumma Carnival
- Activation at EFC Family Day
- Stall at the Long Walk
- Activation at AFLW Pride Round
- Other supporter social events throughout the year
